We went for 5 days for our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. I had wonderful helpful communication from a number of the staff prior to our stay. They adjusted a few things for me that I changed a couple of times to ensure it was a special occasion. The Hotel is in a superb location just opposite the San Zaccaria B vaporetto stop. The whole atmosphere is luxurious and the staff are all attentive, friendly and exemplary. We had breakfast every morning which was a great selection of cold pastries, breads, cake, cereals and hot food including eggs and sausages and bacon with fresh orange juice and hot drinks. We ate in the restaurant one evening and visited the bar every evening. The staff remembered us such that we felt individually valued. I paid for a lagoon facing room that was well worth the extra. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a large 3 option shower. The staff ensured the room was immaculately made up at least twice a day. We had complimentary water and mini bar. The price is very fair for the location, quality of hotel and facilities and the staff service.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel’s location is perfect, allowing us to explore the beauty of Venice with ease. One of the highlights of our trip was the rooftop dinner we reserved for our group of six. It was truly epic! The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Venetian cuisine, and the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment, surrounded by the stunning skyline and the romantic ambiance. Overall, our stay at Londra Palace exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience in Venice, this is the place to be. Five stars all the way!

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was spectacular, the staff was so kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, beautiful and exceeded my expectation. We were lucky enough to stay in the Tchaikovsky suite, where he composed his 4th symphony. I have to give a special shout out to our concierge, ‘Mister Blue Eyes’ — who was helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning but when we had a schedule change with our flight to Santorini late the night before our departure, he sprung into action with much appreciated assistance. The hotel was superb.

This is the third time we have stayed. The location is perfect, for us, just a few steps from the boat stop and within walking distance of the two main sites of the Biennale exhibitions. It is also neat St Marco square. As we booked well in advance, the hotel have been able to accommodate us by giving us the room we request. The breakfast is not self service. It's good, although somethings can be lost in translation, but over the years we have learnt to order what we want.
